Online Attendance System

 This Online Attendance system goes beyond the old fashioned pen and paper. When the user wants to log in, all he/she needs to do is to put their finger on the scanner so that it gets read by the system and the fingerprint data gets stored. This also logs the time and date of when the user checked in first. And when the user wants to check out , the user has to put the same fingerprint again into the system and this logs out him again. This stored data will be visible through your phones, pc, desktop, etc, anywhere as long as your connected.

This also works in the same way for the door lock mechanism. when the user place theirs finger on the scanner, fingerprint is read by the system and matches with the stored data which had been saved and if the match is correct, the door lock opens and closes.

For guest entry, We have created a card with RFID chip installed in it, so when the user is not present or Fingerprint doesn't work, they can use the card to gain access to it.
